If you need to build muscle we’ll hit the weights, pulleys and bodyweight movements hard, if you are looking to increase all round fitness we’ll use everything from weights, sandbags, suspension units, kettlebells, pulleys, callisthenics - anything to bring you up to speed - same goes for sports specific fitness.
