Personal Training in Brighton can either take place in the excellent well equipped gym I have access to, the many Parks that Brighton has to offer or the seafront, it really is up to you!
Prices- Personal Training
The initial assessment is a free session and will last a maximum of one hour.I'll gather some data relevant to your aims and we'll set some time specific goals we can start working towards. Plus a few forms about your previous medical history etc. I'll construct you a specific diet for your needs too and we'll be well on the way to achieving your goals!
Sessions are then priced at £35 per session or £300 for a block of 10 pre-paid sessions.
Reduce the cost even further and train with a friend! Coupled training £50 per hour!
