Fat Loss Package- a package of 10 sessions plus a complete body analysis to get your weight loss off to a great start. After a complete nutritional and body analysis, you'll have a staged bespoke diet to follow and and two, 1-1 personal training sessions a week. A great way to lose weight for special event or for Spring. Of course you'll get really fit in the process too!

Muscle Building- After a complete physique and structural assessment to see which areas are in most need of improvement we'll set about devising you an individualised program and diet to support your muscle gain needs.With the 10 session package you'll have 2-3 personal training sessions a week, with some weeks completing 1 session alone. Within weeks you'll be noticing a massive difference to your physique

Sports Specific Package- Whatever your sport I can improve your performance. Having trained professional riders to ultra marathon runners I have plenty of knowledge to help you exceed your competition.
Comprising a complete assessment of both your structural balance and core strength we'll set goals around your strength, endurance and conditioning.We'll look at your diet too and see how we can improve your performance through nutrition. Again a 10 session package you will work with anything from 1-3 sessions a week depending on your sport and requirements

Increased Fitness and Health- If your looking to increase all the elements of fitness what ever your level, this 10 session package is for you. We'll work on your strength, agility, endurance,flexibility and cardiovascular system to have you feeling younger, healthier and happier than before. Including a complete assessment and 1-3 personal training sessions per week and training set away from our time together £300
Taster Package- A five session package to get you going- £190
