I sincerely believe that personal training is about understanding my clients’ precise and individual goals on a bespoke one-to-one basis. Personal training needs to be based around goals and achieving them on time.

Personal training is suitable for any one wishing to improve their health and overall well being or to reach specific goals such as weight loss, muscle gain or sports specific goals.
Fitness consultation
An intial consultation is essential to see how I can help you best. We'll go through a series of questions about your previous exercise history and psychological motivators you have with exercise and also what you have found difficult in the past. This will help me build a clear picture of how I can help you best.
During the session I'll also take some measurements and carry out some tests relevant to your goals these may include Specific Core Strength TestsBody circumference measurementsB.M.IBody Fat AnalysisFlexibility TestsNutritional AnalysisMuscular integrity and Length Test
Functional Movement Analysis
From here we can set some long and short term goals and plan the best path to get there.
Online Support
All your data will then be entered into my online personal trainer Brighton tool where I can send you your improving data at any time
Nutritional Support
All new clients are asked to fill out a 4 day online diet log recording their usual nutritional intake over this period. This will be analysed for any nutritional deficiencys and a report produced. A bespoke nutritional plan is then drawn up to meet your goals.
Retest
Clients are retested on a monthly basis to make sure they are well on track to reaching their
goals and their improving data is presented both on their online site and seperate print out for them to take away for their own records.
